Jamie is the Executive Director for Hospital Hospitality House of Saginaw. She brings with her 15 years of experience in marketing and fundraising for nonprofit organizations and public and private sector companies. Prior to joining HHH, Jamie served as the Director of Public Relations for the Barb Smith Suicide Resource & Response Network where she elevated their public presence, spearheaded fundraising events, and implemented a school-based suicide prevention program that impacted students and staff in Midland County. Jamie developed her marketing expertise at McLaren Caro Region as their Marketing & Foundation Manager. She led the marketing department and worked closely with staff at all levels of the organization to launch marketing strategies and engage employees and community members in fundraising events. Previous work included roles at SPI Innovations, Dow Chemical, and Gail & Rice Productions.
As a long-time member of the Junior League of the Great Lakes Bay Region, Jamie has a connection with the origins of HHH and a passion for making a difference in the community. She has served as Elected Township Supervisor in Wisner Township, sat on the boards of the Rotary Club of Caro, ACW Ambulance, and Caro Chamber of Commerce. She also coordinated events and fundraisers for Relay for Life and the Miles for Mary 5k. Jamie brings this enthusiasm for public service to her role at HHH. She looks forward to building on its history through a focus on increased public awareness of the hospitality houses, financial growth, and a commitment to providing a clean and welcoming place for patients and their families. Her education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Marketing and Management and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University.
Jamie was born and raised on her family farm in the Thumb and currently lives in Akron with her husband Fabian, 3 year old daughter Karsyn, newborn daughter Lennyn, and 10 year old boxer Lexi.
Nancy is the Operations Manager for Hospital Hospitality House of Saginaw. She joined the organization in March 2020 as a Hospitality Housekeeper and demonstrated her dedication and skills, leading to her promotion to management in March 2022. As the Operations Manager, Nancy focuses on maintaining a warm and welcoming environment while streamlining procedures and ensuring efficient daily operations. She oversees staffing, manages volunteers, and ensures the smooth functioning of the house.
Born in Montrose, Michigan, Nancy graduated with honors from high school in 2006 and briefly attended Mott Community College, further enriching her educational background. Along her journey, Nancy faced and conquered significant personal challenges, showcasing her unwavering perseverance and indomitable spirit. Her ability to overcome adversity has been the driving force behind her professional success, shaping her approach to leadership and inspiring those around her.
You’ll easily recognize Nancy’s office by the fish tank in the window, as she is a hobby freshwater fish keeper. Beyond her work, Nancy finds solace in her garden, where she and her partner cherish the beauty of nature. She is an ardent outdoor enthusiast, regularly engaging in activities such as biking, hiking, and boating. Nancy’s passion for cooking allows her to unleash her creativity in the kitchen, where she constantly experiments with flavors and techniques.

During the nights and weekends, the house is ran by our Hospitality Housekeepers. You’ll see their friendly faces letting you in the front door, checking you in and answering any questions you may have, cooking dinners nightly, and keeping the whole house clean. They also really connect with our guests and love celebrating small wins with them!
